Tara Yoga Centre is a dedicated yoga centre, so our rooms are built for practice: sprung wooden floors, dimmable lighting, a calm atmosphere and every prop you need already in the building. Hire by the hour for a weekly class or by the day for workshops and immersions.
We are a short walk from Old Street station, with rooms from an intimate 23m² studio up to our 90m² main hall. Regular weekly bookings are very welcome and simple to arrange.
Yoga mats, blankets, blocks and floor cushions are included in the hire, along with use of the kitchenette and social spaces.
