Breathwork sessions ask a lot of a room: warmth, quiet, soft lighting and neighbours who will not mind the sound. As a yoga centre, we understand the work; our rooms are used for breathwork, pranayama and meditation courses every week.
Pick a room to match your circle, from an intimate group of eight to a large workshop, and set up a weekly slot if the group is ongoing.
