What our students say

I have attended a number of events and courses at the Tara Yoga Centre and have enjoyed and benefitted from every single one of them. They have helped me to learn more about who I am and want to be in the world - from a self development and spiritual perspective. Tara Yoga Centre itself is a beautiful place with a warm and inclusive community. The teachers (who give their time and are not paid) are excellent and really come from their heart.

Tara Yoga Centre is an Oasis for those seeking spiritual joy and professional teachers. The people running this Centre are the nicest in London. Recently attended the Tantra festival: a memorable experience. Special thanks to Foca, Mojdeh, Inka, and Rihanna.
