Our Hatha Yoga classes in our London centre are completely free for everyone, every Tuesday and Thursday during the season. The next season starts on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

As a registered charity, we are dedicated to teaching authentic spirituality and to bringing the principles of yoga and tantra to as many people as possible who are open to receive it. Yoga has so many amazing benefits, and we believe everyone should have access to them.

In our free drop-in yoga classes, you will discover that yoga is much more than just a physical practice. Amongst many things, yoga can help you to:

Frequently asked questions

When do the classes run?

The next season starts on Tuesday 15 September 2026. During the season, classes run every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:15-6:15pm, at our London centre near Old Street.

How much does it cost?

Nothing at all: the classes are completely free for everyone. As a registered charity, we believe everyone should have access to the benefits of yoga.

Do I need any experience?

No. The classes are suitable for all abilities and experience levels, and each class explores a different theme, so you can join at any point in the season.

Do I need to book?

We encourage you to book: it makes signing in at reception easy and gives us an idea of numbers. It is not essential though, and you are welcome to simply drop in. When the season is running, you can book through our course schedule. Mats are provided; just wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early.

What happens in a class?

The classes are simple and accessible: a tiny introduction to the class theme, then yoga postures, and deep relaxation to finish.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Like all our classes, the free Hatha Yoga sessions are for adults aged 18 and over.
