How do you check my age?
Bring photo ID (passport, driving licence or a PASS card) to your first visit. Reception checks it once and notes it on your account. We do not copy or keep your ID. To give you the under 30 price we need to note your date of birth on your account.
I'm already a student and under 30. Does this apply to me?
Yes. Show your ID at reception and we will move your membership to the under 30 price from your next payment. For passes and workshops, use the code at checkout.
What happens if I book with the code and I'm 30 or over?
Reception checks ID at your first visit. If you are 30 or over, you pay the difference to the standard price before your class.
What happens when I turn 30?
When you turn 30, your membership moves to the standard price. We'll email you around your birthday to let you know. You don't need to do anything.
Can I combine it with other discounts?
No. The under 30 price cannot be combined with other offers or concession rates; you get whichever is lower.
Do I need any experience?
No. The Year 1 courses start from the very beginning, and complete beginners are welcome.
