The Sutras of Love
The Tantra Festival is dedicated to deeply nourishing your being, quenching your heart's thirst for Oneness, and allowing you to feel the deepest longings that reside beyond ordinary life.
Over three days we will embark on this great endeavour of going within, guided by a whole team of experienced teachers who will help us navigate this mystical terrain of the heart, through:

This journey invites both couples and individuals longing for knowledge and practical tools to transform their erotic life. We warmly encourage you to arrive from the very beginning on Friday evening: the opening is a powerful initiation.
The Tantra Festival in London
The first Tantra Festival was held at the Barbican Centre in 2013, and it has run in venues across London every year or two since, with between 200 and 750 participants across the weekend each time. Since 2014 we have held it in collaboration with Tantra Festivals UK, a not-for-profit organisation whose sole purpose is to raise awareness of Tantra and to share the benefits of a wonderful way of living.
Each edition takes a new theme, and each is a quest into the depths of love and eros: transforming a whole generation of curious participants and teachers alike, and bringing a new dimension of sublime eroticism and elevated intimacy to the lives of many.

Good to know
- Do I need to come with a partner?
- No. The festival invites both couples and individuals. Many people come on their own and meet others through the workshops and celebrations.
- Do I need any experience of Tantra?
- No. Every session is guided by experienced teachers, and many participants come to their first festival with no experience of Tantra or yoga at all.
- Can I come for just one day?
- Yes. Saturday-only and Sunday-only tickets are available. We warmly encourage you to arrive from the very beginning on Friday evening, though: the opening is a powerful initiation into the whole weekend.
- Who runs the festival?
- Tara Yoga Centre hosts the festival in collaboration with Tantra Festivals UK, a not-for-profit organisation whose sole purpose is to raise awareness of Tantra. Tickets are sold by Tantra Festivals UK through Eventbrite.
- What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes you can move in for the yoga, dance and workshop sessions. Everything else is provided.
- How can I go deeper after the weekend?
- The festival is a taste of what we teach all year round. Our weekly Esoteric Tantra course in London and Oxford is the natural next step, and the Try Tara Pass lets you try four weeks of it for £40.
