Much more than exercise
Yoga is much more than a series of relaxing exercises or body gymnastics. It is an in-depth journey into the mysteries of life, from the awareness of our physical body and its needs to the discovery of the essence of the Universe.
From this perspective, it is a spiritual science, whose techniques and exercises act as amazing tools for bringing ourselves into balance and harmony, and so into a continuous state of evolution.
