Level up your yoga practice with this

powerful ancient sequence

It is said, that three things cannot be hidden – the Sun, the Moon and the Truth.

The Sun, our solar system’s only star, was formed 4.5 billion years ago and has been shining ever since – this way becoming a symbol of eternity. Its luminosity and warmth are vital to Earth, sustaining ecosystems. The Sun is a source of energy for all that is alive. Spiritually, this translates as an emblem of Life and Creation.

Many ancient cultures venerated the Sun as a deity. By accepting the sun’s influence on our being, we open the path to our spiritual evolution and deepen our journey. The sun’s radiance mirrors our inner light, encouraging us to seek Higher Truths and to always aspire towards Enlightenment.

Standing in the sunlight can help us to perceive Godly Wisdom, reminding us to align our thoughts and actions with clarity and integrity. No matter how long the night is, the sun always rises. This fundamental truth has made it a universal symbol of hope. In times of personal struggle, the sunrise can feel like a promise that better days are coming.

Feeling the sun’s rays on our skin makes us feel alive and gives us a sense of purpose. Think of a time when you felt unstoppable, like you could take on the world! That’s the sun’s energy lifting our spirits, urging us to stand tall and embrace our unique powers.

The sunrise reminds us of the cycle of embracing new beginnings and discovering oneself full of enthusiasm. The sunset helps us to let go and conclude the day with gratitude.

Sunlight has long been associated with healing. Ancient Greeks used heliotherapy, or sun exposure, to treat ailments, and the sun’s light is seen as purifying, burning away negativity and restoring balance.

In the yoga system, Sun Salutations are a way to honor the sun’s healing energy while aligning our body, breath, consciousness, and soul. Called Surya Namaskar in Sanskrit language, the practice of Sun Salutations is thousands of years old. It is a powerful sequence of 12 yoga postures that help to energize the entire physical and energetic body, completely stretch it from head to toe, gain strength and improve flexibility of the spine to name just a few effects.

Sun Salutations are perfect way of enjoyable warming up before starting your day and even as a standalone yoga practice with profound benefits that we will present in this workshop. If you are new to yoga, if you want to deepen your spiritual practice on and off the mat, if you want to learn the significance of this technique, join us on this relaxed Sunday morning on 15th March at 11am.

Together we will:

  • start the day with a green juice

Inka has been on her spiritual journey for over 19 years, practising various modalities. However, none of them could fully answer her curious nature and the questions she felt within nor offered the tools and techniques for accessing higher levels of consciousness, deeper corners of her spiritual heart and awakening her own beautiful femininity and sensuality. Until she came across Esoteric Integral Yoga and authentic Tantra 10 years ago when she committed to the path of transformation working on awakening the State of Shakti.

Absolutely fascinated by the mysteries of The Creator, game of polarity and feminine nature, Inka now uses all her knowledge and experience to guide others on their journey of spiritual evolution towards Ultimate happiness.
