Across the ages, legends and folklore from various cultures have spoken of a hidden, mystical ‘country’ that has been found and entered only by a chosen few. This sacred land is known by different names such as Shangri-La, Belovodia, and Shambhala, but it is said to be inhabited by sages who secretly work together in accordance with the Godly Will to guide the course and evolution of humanity, intervening whenever necessary.
Join Austin in this free talk for an exploration of the legends, prophecies and accounts of those who appear to have visited Shambhala – the spiritual centre of Planet Earth. We will also meditate together aiming to establish a subtle communion with the mysterious realm of Shambhala and the ‘King of the World’.
Meet the teacher
Austin Allen
Austin was fascinated by Eastern mysticism and the metaphysical from an early age. He practiced Martial Arts throughout his teens and later studied Psychology and the Healing Arts, before discovering the Yoga course (offered by our school) whilst traveling in India. As he practiced more, he soon realized that he had found his spiritual path and the desire was born to share the experience with others. Austin has been practicing Yoga & Tantra with Tara since 2000 and has been teaching since 2006.
