Some people are seeking, even if they would never use the word

They want conversations that go a little deeper than small talk. Love that doesn't hold half of itself back. Days that mean something. Happiness that lives in the moment itself, not at the end of a plan. Confidence to be fully themselves, in a conversation, on a date, in a room full of strangers. Intimacy where eros is welcomed rather than tamed, felt with the whole body and heart. A life that is unmistakably their own. And for those who have already tasted moments of the sacred, the longing to live there, not just visit.

If any of that is you, this Open Day was made for you.

We are a registered charity that has been teaching the ancient wisdom of yoga, meditation and tantra in London since 1999. These teachings provide a whole system of tools and knowledge for deep, lasting transformation, not just physical, but mental, emotional and spiritual. What we offer is a genuine spiritual education for modern life.

Programme

Sessions run in our two rooms, Hridaya and Shiva. Each session is a genuine taste of the course it introduces. Open “About this session” on any card to read more.

Ancient Wisdom of Yoga in Modern Life

Workshop

Yoga Course taster
About this session

Yoga is much more than a series of relaxing exercises or body gymnastics. It is an in-depth journey into the mysteries of life, from the awareness of our physical body and its needs to the discovery of the essence of the Universe. From this perspective, it is a spiritual science, whose techniques and exercises act as amazing tools for bringing ourselves into balance and harmony, and so into a continuous state of evolution.

About this session

Based on the ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga, couples yoga is an amazing spiritual method. Doing yoga in a couple or pair greatly amplifies the effects usually felt when practising alone. It is a wonderful way to deepen non-verbal connection and communication, to release tensions, and even get a huge boost of energy. You will need a partner for this workshop.

About this session

As famous as Yoga has become, how many of us truly appreciate the gifts it has to offer? We will briefly introduce the fundamental spiritual principles and the chakra system upon which Yoga is based. Uniting the two is the secret key to awakening your full potential and gaining complete awareness of who you truly are and what you can become. We will practise Yoga to activate and dynamise the chakras, supporting the body’s own natural healing processes and stepping closer to the wisdom of the heart.

Liberate Your Femininity!

Women’s workshop

Tantra Course taster
About this session

A workshop for women ready to discover and awaken their unique femininity according to the qualities of their soul. There is a hidden flower living in every woman: a soft, steady bloom that knows how to open in its own rhythm. Over time, many of us learn to fold our petals inward. This workshop is an invitation to discover and unfurl our own unique blossoming, to open our petals and live in full bloom.

Shiva

Reclaiming Masculinity

Men’s workshop

Tantra Course taster
About this session

Masculinity today is a hot topic, from Louis Theroux’s Inside the Manosphere to growing concerns around men’s mental health, fertility and virility. Tantric masculinity offers a socially provocative and insightful perspective, exploring big questions about masculinity in the bedroom and in relationships, in the workplace, and in the wider world. This workshop offers a new, and ancient, perspective on masculinity that has the potential to transform your life as a man.
