Workshop

Healing Power of Colours

Sunday 15th October · London · 12 – 3pm · £20 Members £30 Non-members

Colour is the language of light; it adorns the earth with its beauty.

~ Leighton Ford

One of the greatest gifts offered in this world is the gift of colours; light in all its subtle nuances. It has been scientifically proven that we are influenced by colour – even if we are blind to both colour and these influences. The strong morphic field carried by each colour has the potential to alter our states completely, both biologically and emotionally, and the effects are much greater if we bring awareness to them.

This workshop will enrich both our inner and outer universe by looking at all the profound ways we can integrate colour as a way to nourish the soul, heal on all levels of our being, and continuously transform and elevate our resonance.

The workshop will include:

  • A presentation of the unique resonances carried by the seven colours of the spectrum
  • Meditations and breathing techniques for assimilating different colours into your aura
  • Presentation and practice of visualisation techniques for using colour for different effects

The presence and experience of colour is at the very heart of human life. In a sense, we are created for a life full of colour.

~ John O’Donohue
