A half hour of stillness in your week
Through guided meditation and subtle inner attunement, participants are invited to resonate with universal principles: timeless, unchanging qualities of consciousness that permeate all of existence.
Our evening meditations with the Godly Attributes are open to participants joining online, from wherever they are in the world. Contact the teacher to receive the link.
- A guided meditation with one of the Godly Attributes
- Subtle inner attunement: resonance with universal principles
- A quiet space for reflection, insight and inner alignment
“The emphasis is not on acquiring something external or new, but on recognising and remembering an innate dimension of the self.”
By gently refining awareness toward these fundamental energies, one begins to align with them from within. In this process, latent capacities for virtue, clarity, and higher awareness are naturally awakened.
As these sublime attributes are gradually integrated, they begin to inform one's presence in the world: shaping perception, deepening relationships, and cultivating a more harmonious way of being.

What is Resonance?
Of all the laws to know the structure of the Universe, nothing could be considered so essential as the discovery that the structure of the universe is based on vibration, a truth shared by both ancient spiritual systems and modern science.
