Welcome to Tara Student Community
Our London centre is a haven of tranquillity in the busy city. Not many people associate spirituality with London, instead going to a remote countryside or retreat space, but at Tara you can learn to develop that state of centeredness, calm and fulfillment in you, even where people are constantly active.
As a reflection of this cosmopolitan city, all ages, nationalities and people – from healers, to lawyers or builders – are part of our community.

“A life without love is like a year without summer.”
– Swedish Proverb

In June it’s the time of Solstice where we have the longest day of the year. Summer arrives announcing higher temperatures, and invites us to spend more time outside, enjoying the Sun, meeting with friends and close ones. We feel more open, expansive… life feels a celebration of abundance when fruits have reached maturation and their taste reminds us of what is like to fully taste the juiciness of life.
At Tara we will be celebrating the summer solstice in Stonehenge, a place charged with energy for a spiral meditation (… other activities?)
Summer is such a great opportunity to bring us to the present moment, to invoque the joy, playfulness and enthusiasm in our life and spirituality, but also to take a break from life’s busy schedule and check on the maturation of our inner fruits, to appreciate and rejoice with how much we evolved and grown on our spiritual path, filling ourselves with new refreshed jest for ecstatic transformation.
