Our London Centre is a haven of tranquillity in the busy city. London is not usually associated with spirituality, but instead of going to a remote countryside or retreat space, at Tara you can learn to develop that state of centeredness, calm and fulfilment in you, even where there is constant activity.
Reflecting this cosmopolitan city, all ages, nationalities and people – from healers, to lawyers or builders – are part of the community at Tara.
Together we learn to embrace life in all its intensity, and allow all experiences to be fuel for transformation.
While our Centre is a peaceful and welcoming space, we are also full of activity, holding classes every night of the week, as well as meditations, festivals, talks, retreats, courses and parties. We also welcome other groups to use any of our five beautiful rooms.
Yoga, Tantra and Astrology course opens week of Monday 2nd October 2023. Kashmir Shaivism opens 12th October. Shakti and Vira groups will open in November (please check closer to the date for details).
Book the Try Tara Pass for £40 to try out both courses for a discounted price for your first four weeks! This pass also gives you access to all our courses and groups in all other locations.
