Silvia discovered the path of Yoga from a very early age, being in a yogi family. Later on, Tantra added even more richness and purpose to her life. Feeling the wonderful effects of growing up in such a spiritual ambiance, she finds a lot of happiness in sharing all this as a yoga teacher. Combining the spiritual teachings with her artistic nature as a dancer, she also started helping women to awaken their amazing potential, reconnecting them to their sensual, pure, loving nature. Full of life and enthusiasm, Silvia radiates warmth and confidence together with a good practical sense and vivid intelligence.
Elizabeth has always been fascinated by different aspects of spirituality, and found the courses at Tara answered many of her questions, put everything into perspective, and provided a comprehensive understanding of many spiritual ideas. She started with Tara in 2005 and began teaching five years later. She co-runs our Centre in Oxford, and very much enjoys welcoming new students to our community and seeing their inspiring transformations.
Cristina started her spiritual path 21 years ago in Romania, as a student in Yoga and Ayurveda. She is now teaching yoga in Oxford and loves to share her knowledge to inspire, elevate and assist students in their own spiritual growth. Yoga is for her a way of life and daily practice gives her intense happiness. Meditations are one of her favourite techniques to help her connect with her inner self.
Cristina started to practice Yoga and Tantra in 2005. Since then, she has been dedicated to continuously improving herself, and recently she started to help others to become happier and more fulfilled, giving a spiritual meaning to their life. She discovered that dancing is for her a way to get in touch with her femininity and, at the same time, to enter in a deep meditative state. She is a Tantra teacher and a Shakti group coordinator.
Andrew has been practising yoga since 2002, and with Tara since 2006. He is a yoga teacher at the Tara centre in Oxford and a student of both the yoga and tantra courses. He has a long-standing interest in the wisdom traditions of the world, has an MA in Mysticism & Western Esotericism and previously taught Philosophy of Religion to high school students. He especially enjoys welcoming new members onto the yoga course and supporting the running of a men’s group in Oxford.
Morgan has been a dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner of tantra yoga for over 20 years. He is passionate about teaching and sharing his knowledge with others, inspiring them on their own journey of spiritual awakening and transformation. With a unique ability to bring clarity to ancient teachings, he combines his deep spiritual knowledge with broad life experience, helping him to convey spiritual ideas to a wide range of people in clear and insightful ways. He teaches yoga and tantra in Oxford and coordinates spiritual groups for men inspiring them to awaken their masculine potential.
