Free Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga classes are completely FREE FOR EVERYONE!


Join us for a regenerating and uplifting yoga class every Wednesday, 12.30 – 1.30pm in our London centre.
Take a moment for a relaxing practice, and leave rejuvenated, with increased focus and inspiration to continue your week.

As a registered charity, we are dedicated to teaching authentic spirituality and to bringing the principles of yoga and tantra to as many people as possible who are open to receive it. Yoga has so many amazing benefits, and we believe everyone should have access
to them.

In our free drop-in yoga classes, you will discover that yoga is much more than just a physical practice…
