In this series of workshops, we will dive into the difference between sexuality as it is commonly experienced and the path of sublime eroticism. In separate sessions for men and women, we will explore our potential to experience elevated pleasure, expansive love and even ecstasy.
For the best experience we recommend attending all three workshops, but there is no requirement to attend the previous sessions in order to continue to the later ones.

In this session we will explore the fundamental differences between sex and sublime Eros and how Tantric eroticism helps us to be ecstatic. We will look into a specifically masculine and feminine approach to eroticism and will see how both men and women can enhance their orgasmic nature.
The Sensually Awakened Woman – workshop for women
Through Tantric practice, women can discover the ecstatic depths of their own being and can access a secret reservoir of feminine power. Erotic awakening is closely linked to spiritual awakening, and leads to fulfilment, happiness and bliss.
The workshop will include presentations, open discussions and practical exercises (including meditation, breathwork and movement).
We will explore:
- The feminine approach to Tantric eroticism and how it is different to having sex
- The spiritual value of eroticism
- Awakening sensuality, and feminine keys to profound and deeply fulfilling pleasure
- Reconnecting our heart and our yoni and the healing power of orgasm
The Path of the Conscious Man – workshop for men
Through consciously cultivated eroticism, men can discover a path of spiritual transformation through intense sensual experiences and even multiple orgasms. Through Tantric practice you can learn to offer your beloved a much greater pleasure, while you also enjoy prolonged lovemaking without losing control.
The workshop will include presentations, open discussions and meditative exercises.
We will explore:
- The masculine approach to Tantric eroticism and how it is different to having sex
- The spiritual value of eroticism
- Separating orgasm and ejaculation and the practice of prolonged ecstatic lovemaking
- Awakening virility and erotic confidence
This workshop will be held in separate rooms for men and women.
In this session we will look at some fundamental ingredients for the delicious experience of elevated eroticism. We will see how Tantric practice always puts love first and how the heart opens the gate to the sublime. We will also explore the game of attraction, and how kindling the flames of passion can be a catalyst for spiritual awakening.
The first part of this workshop will be held in separate rooms for men and women to look at the specifically masculine and feminine approaches to eroticism through presentations and exercises. In the second half, men and women will come together to explore the game of polarity (no nudity or sexual interaction).
In this workshop we will cover:

Many people today live a kind of double life, with sex being locked away in privacy and carefully guarded from daily life. In this session we will explore how the Tantric practice of Eros can never be limited to the specific frame of the bedroom, but rather ripples into in every area of life.
We will look at what it means to be truly erotic and how we can elevate our entire life through an erotic approach. We will also look at a specifically artistic and aesthetic approach to Eros, and how this can help us to awaken the soul.

Feminine Eroticism in and beyond the bedroom (women only)
We will explore:
- From sex bomb to sublime erotic bomb – an erotic approach to life
- Letting go of inhibitions and shame
- Discovering authentic erotic expression and ecstatic inner freedom
- Erotic art and the role of beauty in Tantric practice
The workshop will include presentations, open discussions and practical exercises (including meditation, breathwork and movement)
Masculine Eroticism in and beyond the bedroom (men only)
We will explore:
- Finding continuity between life and the bedroom – an erotic approach to life
- From hard-on to heart-on – virility and verticality in all areas of life
- Deepening genuine fulfilment and happiness
- Erotic art and the role of beauty in Tantric practice
