Sunday 20th March
Oxford
7-8:30pm
Is there a connection between what we eat and our conscious experience of reality? Does what we eat change the way we feel, think and see the world?
This talk will provide insight into this connection and offer a holistic perspective on nutrition, incorporating ideas from Ayurveda and Macrobiotics, as well as from modern findings, so that our diet can better support our physical, emotional and mental well-being. We will share an understanding of how we can relate to diet and eat more consciously, as well as insights into the main principles of nutrition, various types of diet and their pros and cons. There will be time for practical advice, discussion and questions.
