7-8:30pm
The thousands-year-old Yoga Sutras of Patanjali present 10 key ethical principles often considered to be at the heart of the yoga tradition. They invite us to reflect on the ways we conduct ourselves both inwardly and outwardly.
However, viewed in another light, they also provide a map of the journey that awaits us when we begin and deepen our practice of yoga; from the first stirrings of aspiration, to the acquisition of knowledge, the application of this knowledge in action and the subsequent transformation of our experience in the world.
Join us for this free evening talk on the step-by-step journey into the adventure of yoga.
