We are happy to open our courses to newcomers with a free taster yoga class. The theme of this class is “Yoga for Happiness”

Intro Session Wednesday, 27 September from 6.30 – 8.30pm. Course starts on 4 October every Wednesday from 6.30 – 8.30pm

This yoga session will provide a sense of balance and regeneration, that can be felt physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

You will have the opportunity to meet our yoga teacher, and to spend a relaxing evening practising body postures (asanas), followed by a very effective technique of deep relaxation. Join us to get your happier boost!

The class structure:

  • brief introduction to the course and theme of the session
  • warm up exercises
  • practice of gentle but very effective yoga postures
  • relaxation
  • Q&A

Cristina Aura

Cristina discovered Yoga at a very young age and it has greatly impacted her life ever since. Devoting her life to Spirituality, through practice and extensive personal studies, she felt inspired to teach and share knowledge with others. Her classes contain a holistic and systematic approach to obtaining inner balance, long-lasting and life-transforming effects. She also hosts lectures & workshops for women from all around the world, where she inspires women to discover certain aspects of their feminine nature.
