The Café series continues this Friday 6th October with the topic of Angels!

Are you curious about angels yet you never asked? Have you had experiences of angels yet you have never had the chance to share?

One Friday evening each month the beautiful Parvati room in our London centre will be turned into a cosy café.

Tea and cake will be available of course, but the main purpose will be to engage in meaningful conversation, dialogue and sharing with like-minded people on a specific topic.

These café evenings will be more informal conversations, rather than lectures or presentations. A Tara teacher with relevant experience on the topic will be there to guide the conversation, and members can contribute with their experiences, questions or revelations.

Eleni Anats

Eleni has been practising yoga and tantra since 2000, which has profoundly touched her life. She enthusiastically feels that these authentic teachings are worth sharing to inspire others to remember their Divine essence and live a better, healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. She has been teaching Kashmir Shaivism since 2017. She is the coordinator of the group of deepening the communion with Angels, Archangels and other angelic beings of Light and is part of the organising team of the annual celebration of Angels and Archangels week. She also has a special interest in creativity and beauty as spiritual paths.

The Polarity Retreat is a beautiful adventure that is also transforming. Participants may inevitably reach certain limits, and we wish to create a safe and loving space where all participants have the opportunity to courageously face these limitations, and to open to transformation and a genuine leap of consciousness. We therefore evaluate the readiness of all those who wish to join the retreat, to ensure that this retreat is really suitable for them. We ask everyone who wishes to sign up to complete an application form. We may also invite you to have a conversation with us before concluding your application. Indoor:
– We aim to keep our retreat as cost friendly as possible, so accommodation is based on sharing rooms.
– 2-5 people in each room.
– Plenty of shared bathrooms.
– You can request room mates if you wish and we will do our best to accommodate.
– Please note that some beds may be on comfortable mattresses on the floor.

Food:
– Our delicious food will be totally vegan and refined sugar free, as well as being gluten free as much as possible.
– Teas and light snacks are available throughout the day.

Bogdan Radasanu

Bogdan has been practising yoga and tantra since 1994. He has found that sharing his experiences on the spiritual path with others is the best way to teach, and a fast track for self-development and opening the soul. Bogdan also believes that love, manifested in the most concrete way, is helping others unconditionally – the very core of Tara’s mission. Expect a very down to earth and practical approach.

We invite you to this Celebration of Light to deepen the connection with the Angelic Realms and awaken your heart to the Heart of Everything

During Angels and Archangels week we are touched by the reality of Angels and Archangels of Light through experiencing them in meditations, artistic expressions, presentations, techniques and other activities.

Programme

Highlights of the Angelic programme:

Daily meditations and angelic method – Every day, there will be meditations from 5 – 5:15pm and 5:45 – 6pm, and the Angelic Method from 7 – 8:15pm (preceded by introductory presentations). Each meditation will be exemplifying different states, and the Angelic Method will be the same each day.

Opening of the week (29th) – a special ceremony including an artistic performance followed by an introduction to angels and archangels, sharing of personal experiences of angelic encounters to open our hearts and create the sacred space for the week to unfold within.

Touched by Angels (29th) – An evening filled with beautiful music, singing and recitations to touch our souls and bring us in resonance with angels and archangels

Ways of connecting with angels (4th) – We will practise creative ways of exploring and enhancing the relationship with angels

Angels walk (4th) – Aspecial walk that will take place indoors which assists us in feeling the presence of angels

Movie night (4th) – An uplifting and inspiring movie related with angels and archangels (with popcorn and hot chocolate!)

Angelic Method (5th) – for excellent health and inner harmony

Closing ceremony (5th) – An inspired concluding ceremony to crystalise all the beautiful gifts from the week and celebrate the connection with angels and archangels in our life. This will include an artistic performance, sharing, ways forward (open to everyone, even if you haven’t participated in the rest of the week)

Angels are here and yet…we forget to connect with them in our everyday lives. Ever modest and respectful of our free will they will never intervene unless they are called. Many of us go through life under the influence of negative habits from our past, and become the ‘victims’ of the unpleasant results of these habits. It can be a struggle to change our habits and thought patterns.

Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning action or work. It also signifies cause and effect, whereby each action a person performs in life – including thoughts and speech – will affect him or her at some point in the future.

Through karma, we receive the lessons we need to learn so that we can evolve spiritually. Everything that happens in our lives occurs because of karma, because of our past actions, including those from previous lives.

This means that everything we experience happens for a reason – nothing is insignificant.

We have the power to create both good and bad experiences, and we can learn to reduce and even eliminate the regretful poor choices that we make, that may be at the expense of someone else or of ourselves. But both ‘bad’ and ‘good’ karma enchain us in our spiritual evolution, slowing our journey on the path to liberation.

Foca Yariv

Foca, born in Jerusalem, Israel, had a keen thirst for spiritual knowledge from early age. He started practising yoga and Tantra at the age of 17 (in 2001), and since then he has devoted himself to the spiritual journey. He has been teaching since 2009 in various places around the globe. Since 2011 he has been living in the UK, teaching yoga and tantra and offering various workshops on a wide range of topics from the purpose of life and the art of dying to workshops on masculinity, kama sutra and eroticism, he teaches in London and Cambridge and is guiding men’s groups.
